Vision Teaching was established in February 2007 by our owners, Daniel and Craig who set Vision Teaching up to be a different type of educational recruiter, one that was committed to excellent customer service and building long-term relationships to bring schools and high-quality candidates together, to help schools successfully manage a range of staffing requirements.
Throughout our time we have filled over 400,000 bookings, successfully placing almost 5000 educators into roles. By solely focusing on London we can prioritise attracting and retaining quality staff from all over the world so that we can make a real difference to the lives of pupils in our partner schools. We are one of the last established, independent education recruitment companies in London, which allows us to base our decisions on our core values, to improve the reputation of the education recruitment in London, by being a shining example of how we all should behave.

• Free CPD in our state of the art training facilities at Tower 42, this includes phonics, behaviour management, successful classroom practices, curriculum and Team Teach training
• Dedicated NQT team to help support every part of your journey as an NQT from listening to your recruitment requirements, to matching you the right school, preparing you for an interview and then supporting you through your NQT induction year
• Specialist SEND team that provides free Team Teach training to help you feel more confident working with SEND children and make a positive difference to their lives
• We have a specialist team of international advisors who work with overseas trained teachers to explore opportunities to teach in London. Their role is to work in an advisory capacity to ensure everyone is fully supported. This starts at the relocation process, from meeting you and discussing what you’re looking for, to help with visa requirements and documents.
