Description eOn Communications knows it's been ages since you've had a good customer service experience. The company's products integrate voice and Internet communications for large call centers and e-commerce customer contact centers. eOn's communications servers feature automatic call distribution, e-mail queuing, and customer identification. It also sells the Millennium voice switching hardware platform, a private branch exchange (PBX) system with computer telephony integration.
