      Learnt a huge amount regarding framework provision in the public sector, developed new contacts in new markets and an understanding of public sectors clients priorities. Know far more regarding Local Authorities, NHS and Blue Light works. Feel very well versed and confident to talk about Public Sector work

      Cons

      The time frames were very long and unclear decision making processes. Project changes and movements reliant on a contributory facts from National and Local government which made strategising. and prioritising difficult to plan.

      - Business momentum creating personal opportunities: high actual growth and even bigger aspirations with ongoing investments in Digital platforms - Great team: Great CEO and overall Can-Do attitude - Decisive: Private company, decisions get made and implemented quickly

      - Big start-up: every strength comes with a liability, priorities shift and you have to adapt quickly - WFH: It is strictly working from the office which works as it applies to everyone but you need to like it and be in a position to commute
