Emphasis on excellent culture, a forward thinking company with a customer-centric mindset. Organized in a manner where IT excellence is a product of customer excellence. Compensation structure is ideal. Even early on in my time at 1Path it is evident that employees at any level are both encouraged and welcome to interact on a daily basis with both leadership and C-Level employees. Have very lofty goals and expect the most out of all their employees
