Pros

I've had one of the best professional experiences of my career at 1nHealth. In just a few months, I've grown more than I have in years — and that's not by accident. The culture here is genuinely different. Everyone is invested not just in helping you do your current job well, but in asking "how can we help get you to where you want to be?" That kind of intentional support for your growth is something I haven't encountered anywhere else. What makes 1nHealth special is that you're not just a cog in a machine. As a startup, you get real ownership over your work from day one — your contributions are visible, your ideas are heard, and the impact you make is tangible. There's no waiting years to be handed a meaningful project. You're thrown into the deep end in the best possible way, with a team that actually has your back. The leadership opportunities here are real. You're trusted to take initiative, work cross-functionally, and grow into roles that would take much longer to reach at a larger company. The team works incredibly hard, brings their best every single day, and genuinely cares about the mission — which makes it that much more motivating to show up and do the same. If you're someone who wants to grow fast, make a real impact, and be part of something meaningful, 1nHealth is the place to be.

Cons

There's not many cons that I can think of. Things change fast given the nature of the job so if you enjoy a dynamic environment, you'll love it here!

Pros

Small enough company that your ideas are generally heard, people are great, flexibility with WFH, company trips. Also, a very diverse company, with lots of women in management.

Cons

Tons of red tape and regulations from the client side

Pros

The company culture is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Every day, I have the opportunity to work alongside amazing, talented, and supportive colleagues. There’s a genuine open door policy, and leadership encourages open communication at all levels. The CEO leads by example, frequently reminding us that titles don’t define value, and he's never above rolling up his sleeves to help. There’s a real commitment here to continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas on how to make things better.

Cons

During the interview process, everyone I met was welcoming and transparent, which honestly made me skeptical at first. It just seemed too good to be true. But since joining, I can confidently say that the experience has matched the expectations. I haven’t encountered any cons so far.
