Pros
Bondable and friendly coworkers, everyone is very nice and always ready to help. Sick pay and vacation separated so generous PTO. Company’s year end party is awesome.
Cons
Very low pay, starting at minimum wage. Management is not transparent and has no clear directions. Slow career advancement. No options for hybrid/remote for the most part so very old school. Outdated software, very manual processes. PAR positions take on way more responsibility than they are paid for.

easy job, friendly coworkers. They match your 401k contributions which is pretty much unheard of.
Cons
Very disorganized I would never bank here personally. Low pay, I was paid 14 per hour.

Cons
Standing up for yourself against bullying coworkers or management on basic human dignity expectations will get a target on your back. Hatred across departments within the company so if you transfer to another department you will get pushed out.
