Pros

- relatively nice office near the center of Charlotte - new equipment, plenty of IT support - relatively OK benefits and time off

Cons

- Favoritism throughout upper management - Little to no room for growth across all departments. Stagnant positions. - Poor work life balance - Unmanageable workloads with little to no assistance when needed - Ineffective communication, a sense that you can never tell what’s coming

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experiences at 23rd Group. It is always difficult to hear negative feedback from former employees – however we are working every day to improve in alignment with the Company’s growth. Recently we expanded our training programs to ensure employees are better positioned to manage workload and are better prepared for their position. We are expanding our benefit offerings, including time off, to provide more work/life balance. Wellness programming, increased employee recognition, and more employee-focused events are big initiatives as we move into 2019. We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure our employees are engaged, excited, and motivated about coming to work!

Pros

Relaxed environment... until it’s not anymore.

Cons

I worked there a little under a year. They have a lot of growing to do. The two owners worked in the office when I worked there and are extremely rude and disrespectful. If you aren’t trained on something or mess up they speak to you like trash and very unprofessional. A lot of people quit or were fired during the time I left due to mangament and how they treated employees. There was ALOT of favoritism. The owners do not care about their employees.. this job will be great the first 4 months and will completely change afterwards.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your time with us. We are focused heavily on increasing our employee recognition programming and events. The organization is also expanding training across the board to ensure all employees feel like they have the tools, resources, and support they need to be effective in their role. All of these efforts are centered around our desire to ensure our employees feel valued and respected their workplace.
