They treat employees as a means to an end. Basically paying people min wage or a little higher so they can rake in their millions (which they keep at the top). I don't even know how people survive as a CSR living in Colorado - it literally baffles my mind.
No pay increases
No incentives
No holidays and/ or holiday pay - I'm talking even xmas and thanksgiving yall - and for everyone, regardless if you in management, HR or on the floor taking calls
Even if you do get promoted, it is most likely going to be a lateral move or a $.25 increase LOL
You have to clock in even if you on salary! I think its the Canadian's way of keeping tabs on people - AKA micromanaging
No recognition or employee engagement - even though they have an employee engagement team LOL
Because they hire anyone, you are constantly surrounded by incompetent people with no education
I have seen multiple fights and random scary things go on (people threatening to shoot up the place, someone walking around the parking lot vandalizing random cars, cops coming in there looking for criminals, etc)... this goes back to them hiring anyone that can write their name down
Did I mention no performance appraisal?
Benefits are the weakest I've ever seen at a company of their size - literally offer super expensive medical, dental and vision - and THAT's IT
