Pros

Good Pay, permanent work from home

Cons

The most disappointing part of my experience was not receiving my final pay. They claimed it was because I didn’t render the 30-day notice. I informed them properly about my resignation and explained that my husband was in the hospital for a possible transplant, where I was the donor. Despite this, they still expected me to complete the 30-day notice, showing zero consideration for my situation. To make matters worse, they accused me of stealing files, which was both baseless and stressful. I don’t know what they thought I would do with their files. They even threatened to involve local authorities, despite me keeping open communication and letting them know I was in the hospital. I tried reaching out to the CEO and my success manager for reconsideration, hoping for a little empathy, but they ignored me—unlike how quick they were to retrieve their assets. The experience left me feeling unfairly treated and deeply hurt. This company could have been okay, but their lack of empathy and support for employees completely ruined it for me.

Pros

Only one pro and that's the one person I met during the training process. They were very lovely.

Cons

- Staff are arrogant, rude and egotistical. Their ego's are bigger than their mouth's, some of the female staff are very competitive with other women and treat them like animals. One of the female staff member's bullies the younger girls and always belittles them, very alarming and very concerning. I felt very uncomfortable being in the office and having eyes on me, ears listening to me. I worked for 24x7 for a few months until I realised how unhealthy it was for, so I left. I was bullied by the older men by what I wore and how I looked, everyone in the office was horrid and my friend and I would always talk about quitting. There is a hierarchy in this office and I recommend everyone to stay away. They don't build you up for any career progress, they just shut you down. The management there are very unprofessional and during the training stage in the board room, my trainer boasted about how they smoke weed and how some of them got drunk at work. My trainer would touch my shoulders and other trainees as well. If you have a heart and morals you will know that these people are horrid. Also you are warned that you won't see your first paycheck (from your second work week) until the fourth week and then from there your first work week and third work week will come into your account the following week. Sound's very confusing? Right, well it is. I'm sure that THAT is illegal.

Pros

The people you sit next to are nice

Cons

Management think they are too good for their staff and didn’t talk to us, only demanded daily KPI’s and was angry if we didn’t get it. The quality manager only talks to you if you make a mistake. On my first day with no training I was expected to reach the daily KPI. At the interview I was promised to be making around 200 calls per day, it ended up being close to 500 per day. Needless to say, it was exhausting and no support from management, I was forced to quit. Also, on their job ads it says you can get a certificate, I asked them about that and they said they no longer do that and will never do it again but I noticed in there current ads they put that in. And on their website they don’t have the correct address. they lie to their customers because 99% of their customers would kill them if they knew where they were really located. For the work you do, the pay is below average. I was on $27 per hour. Please note if you’re desperate for money don’t apply for this job because they make you wait 4weeks for your first pay check. Which I’ve never heard of. They work you to the bone and expect a lot and pay you bare minimum. No employee is valued and the place seems normal on the outside with the fake grass and table tennis table but you hardly ever get a break and are always sitting down, yes you can stand but you look stupid. Oh and if an oh& s person came there, they would have a heart attack the place is filled with exposed wires and accidents waiting to happen. The toilets are tiny and everyone goes there before breaks to use their mobile, god forbid we actually used a phone for one second at our desk. The place is basically a zoo.
