Well this is a good company and one of the biggest plus points for this company is that it is too much for learning in this if you are a fresh graduate and this kind of learning opportunity is not found common in companies and if you are not working or your project is over the company will never try to replace you are kick you these guys will help you learn new things and then give you actual work on the things you learned.
Cons
Well, now I am working in this company for a year and a half now and haven't found big loopholes in there the only thing that I think is bad is that the mismanagement but as a growing company they are learning too and in no time this will also be covered.
