      Good place to start but do not waste your career here

      Pros

      *you work on AAA titles and well known games *so far best company in the country in the industry *one day in a week big breakfast *solid working environment *lots of creative people around you

      Cons

      *bad company management, terrible planning, you are not informed about further development *minimum review of your work, you are not appraised for good work *you do not get chance do develop yourself *you don't get many benefits *bad salary

      Pros

      - Free basic food in the building - Decent office infrastructure in the new building - Company events - Internships for all positions - Culturally mixed people - better than other studios in the Czech Republic

      Cons

      - Office politics (importance to people who work there for 20 years) - Bad Leads (most of the leads are not capable or they give feedback like don't deserve this position) - Even if the project is bad they won't listen to your feedback. - Division between good people and bad people at the higher up level - Cant switch projects. - Salary negotiations are always neglected and brushed away. - Studio is full of interns and senior talent is nonexistent. - Bad location away from the city with only 3 cafes to have food.

      - smart and talented people - interesting projects

      Cons

      -leaders didn't know how to motivate members of our team -bad working conditions - too much overtimes -overtimes without paing - remaking stuff almost every day - very low effectivity - lack of really seniors across disciplines that could helps juniors move further
