Pros

Decent salary and overtime options are attractive

Cons

No real negatives other than repetitive work but that’s the nature of the role

Pros

Made some good friends, bonding with team mates. Always paid on time.

Cons

Very low pay for a call centre, no commissions or bonuses. Management were not approachable and did not appear to care at all about any employee issues.

Pros

Excellent canteen, pleasant staff and good quality food. Other facilities and vending machines to suit all. Ok training and a form of coaching, seemed to want you to progress within the company and develop your skills.

Cons

Very VERY!! (Can't stress the Very too much here) stats orientated to the point of do it or go. Mostly about business needs, employees where expected to work under extreme pressures and the company would not allow time for sufficient training or coaching. Employees were not people who needed the toilet sometimes and were expected not to move from the desk during working times. (Company reply: "That's why we pay for you to have breaks) Fine if your not 8 month pregnant and dare not leave for maternity in case your taken for disciplinary. Or any other issue one might have. Systems, place of work (environment), tools required for the role, sufficiently trained and experienced management (kids managing kids) ... the list goes on and on and on ... and on. 2Touch is not a place you want to be instead of the dole! (As people say... What I mean is JSA, ESA or any other benefit one might need) If you do manage to get a job here, you wont stay for long. If you do manage to last longer than a few month, you will become depressed, feel trapped and wont know what to do. As they even make you feel you can not apply for another job as they will provide a bad (unsatisfactory) reference. Most new employers want a reference from your last employer ... or do they STAY AWAY PEOPLE ! Thanks for taking the time to listen to my rant.
