Pros
Having started as an intern, I experienced first-hand the active investment towards my development and encouragement to pursue areas I wanted to explore. I feel a genuine inclusion within the team despite working remotely - because they're experts at ROWE, they are no strangers to achieving results without micromanaging.
Cons
It's a smaller-sized company so you have to be flexible with getting hands-on and collaborating with different members of the team for a bigger vision. If you're someone that struggles to be a team player, that might be hard.
