      Pros

      A couple of loyal and hardworking workers. Financial Claims were never an issue.

      Cons

      No freedom of speech. Management view lies and cover-ups as "well managed", which encouraged employees to perform more cover-ups to make themselves look good, rather than resolving problems that is causing harm to the business. Inter-department relationships were tense, management and subordinate relationships were superficial or non-existence.

      Pros

      Good for people who want to be confused and working without process and without clear vision by the management. Good place to work for fresh graduate who has no experience to learn anything...yep, anything as long as your brain can take it :P

      Cons

      Most people with exception senior management always confuse with company objective since there is no process, no clear vision and direction of what to sell or which vertical to focus on. The result is horrible sales achievement without good deal qualification.
