      Pros

      - Highly intelligent and competent team. - Good benefits - Room to share your opinion and make your mark - Lots of cross-team/office collaboration - Family feel

      Cons

      - Some abuse of the flexible work arrangements with some employees not doing their fair share of work. - 2016 was a rough time when we had to leave the consumer market and lay off many of our loved and highly skilled colleagues. Things could have definitely been handled better, but don't let reviews from that era scare you away, it's an entirely different company now.
