International company supporting global clients provides an exciting change to the daily grind. The work itself was interesting.

Cons

Small margins made ownership stress. This resulted in the occasional emotional flareup that led to some employees being berated in front of their colleagues for poor performance and/or mistakes. The result was a stressful environment for some employees. When employees resigned it seems like they were regarded as disloyal rather than being appreciated for their contributions. One way street.
