Management picks favorites and you will know if you are not the favorite. No work life balance and management expects for you to work at all hours, even weekends. Management will assign unrealistic projects and tasks that are beyond the scope of your experience and will provide virtually no direction or feedback or resources. This is a very much “figure it out yourself” type of environment. Management provides minimal training and there is no process of checking your work so there are constant errors and backlash for incorrect work. Toxic work culture and lots of gossip. Terrible benefits and inefficient workflow management.
