Pros

A great team at ground level, friendly and working very hard. The core education products are very good and developed by a team passionate about education. Nice offices with good facilities.

Cons

An Aussie centric executive team lacking in clear direction. Unrealistic sales targets make for a very nervous team. Teams fear for their jobs daily with pressure from the top down, it makes it an edgy environment to work in. Too many products in the portfolio that arent actually devloped by 3P making it a difficult convoluted development process. Too many cooks spoiling the broth. An influx of new senior members are reinventing the wheel. Morale is not great at 3P overall.

Strange Culture

Pros

Modern, newly refurbished office with a spacious break room. Flexibility around hours when needed, friendly team, good pay and holidays.

Cons

A strange culture which takes some getting used to, lack of communication from the management team leads to distrust, no personal development plans, favouritism towards those who have been in the company the longest, employees battling with clunky in house systems and processes. Hey

Once great company that’s sadly lost its way

Pros

Friendly team Nice office space Central Bristol location

Cons

A once forward thinking, vibrant company with senior staff who genuinely cared about the business and its people has become increasingly corporate and obsessed with its own peculiar company values. Not such a ‘great place to work’ with the minimum maternity package, lack of bonuses, irregular/non existent pay reviews, rare performance reviews and so on..
