Pros
There are not many pro's to consider. The only pro would be meeting some good coworkers who became a friend.
Cons
For a family run business they are not a family oriented company at all. No positive work/life balance. Overworked and severely underpaid. Expectations are not realistic. They agree to take on business when they aren't ready to handle it. They are too quick to throw you under the bus and make you look bad just to cover their bottom. No consideration for personal needs. Benefits and salary are awful as is time off. Getting approval for time off is a struggle.

There are all downsides to working for this company if you want to work for a company that builds moral. This company does not.
