The company is managed by the most incompetent people you will ever, being there clearly you can see they don't know what they are doing, they don't have any tangible experience and record, you will wonder the motives of placing them there. The product has so many gaps, no tangible strategy to improve, employees carry the burden, they are out there to make profits for the company the organization doesn't care how. No strategy, just mare meetings to hear same thing through out the time you will be with them. Poor pay, the compensation is way below market range, entire organization you will find like nobody earned bonuses. Petty leadership, petty issues from management, petty petty through out. No work life balances, younare expected to work even upto 8pm, weekend too, if you don't they start issues.
