Pros
Learning opportunities more no restrictions on internet resources. Friendly Work Environment, Work life balance is very good.
Cons
Work location is not related to software development environment, it's look like independent house. No lunch eating facility in office, even through no hotels are available in near. Leave policies are very bad, Only 12 leaves for entire year, If you want more LOP. Working hours are not flexible and Saturdays also working days. Bond for 2-3 yrs, with in bond period there is no hikes. Less salary, Less hikes and more work. No system/process for code development(No software Life Cycle is maintained).
