1. The decisions are easily to be changed. 2. The management should think farer than the short-vision. 3. Work-flow is not ideal.

Pros
Good for self-motivated graduates in terms of salary and its work environment. Colleagues and managers were nice and worth working together. Devoted to cultivate a work/life balance, profitable culture. Boss was caring and generous. Flexible work hours.
Cons
Striving to break even. Not a clear, cohesive vision as to which market to target. Management decisions changed rapidly. Resource very limited.
