Cons
Working for this position will require you to do plenty of things and take on too many responsibilities. You'll be workin as a messenger, a runner, and a personal assistant to the boss. You'll be going out for errands, make coffee and clean up some mess.
They hire great people that keep the job bearable.
Cons
The worst management I've ever experienced. You will be treated like a warm body rather than a valued employees. There is no training whatsoever when you start. They don't care about you, they care about their image and their money.
Everything is so mismanaged. Management either too hands on or too hands off. No company direction, no transparency, zero recognition, no team collaboration, I could go on forever.
