Pros

The people are very nice

Cons

This is a door to door doorknocking job, Saturdays included. You get paid $700 per week. Walking for at least 5 hours a day in the sun in Florida heat.

We apologize for any confusion regarding the nature of the position. While we do conduct sales and marketing activities, we want to clarify that our company does not solely focus on door-to-door sales. We understand that the job description may not have fully conveyed the diverse range of tasks involved. During brand ambassador training, candidates are informed about our direct marketing strategies, which may involve face-to-face interactions with potential customers. We appreciate your feedback and will strive to improve the clarity of our job descriptions in the future.

Pros

If you like door to door sales, this is your sign

Cons

Interviews, job description and hiring process led to an assumption of this being an actual marketing type office job. This place is actually a sneaky door to door salesman factory that's structured similar to a ponzi scheme. Their "growth" is making other salesmen and locations... They swap business casual for a Frontier or Direct TV shirt and "hit the streets" to make money. I never heard any benefits, health insurance, etc. Just how much money and growth you'll get.

Pros

Great job if you really like door knocking and talking to people in the mall or retail stores about Direct TV!

Cons

I applied for this job labeled as "Marketing Assistant" and then was completely blindsided on my first day. Seems like they hide the same job on LinkedIn as other jobs. I was shocked to find out on my first day that this job consists of door knocking and retail store table set up for Direct TV and Frontier internet services, and that was not communicated to me until my first day. The job of "Marketing Assistant" is extremely different than door knocking for cable and door knocking was not mentioned in the job description at all. I wish I would have listened to the other review on here that mentioned door knocking but I figured that they had applied for a sales job and the responsibilities would be different for a "marketing assistant." Turns out all the entry level jobs are the same door knocking job. Pay was extremely low as well for a sales position, as well as confusing, I would have made more money at Walmart. Also require you to work 6 day work weeks and when you break it down it adds to $12 an hour for a 6 day work week. Also said that social media and SEO sales account for an extremely low percentage of sales, While that may be true it is a lot better than door knocking!
