      Pros

      Work hard and they will take care of you. Wonderful bunch of people. Lots of opportunities for growth and development. Really good benefits/parental leave packages.

      Cons

      Sometimes a disconnect between offices. People have worked there a long time so openings for promotion don’t necessarily come around that often - but it’s good people obviously decide to stay!

      Pros

      The culture at 72Point is great. Everyone is friendly, hard working and fun to be around. There is great recognition among the company and some exceptional talent. You get to work with some very exciting clients and can take ownership of your job role (no micro managing). It's also great exposure to the media and national press. It's a great place to learn from the best and really understand how news coverage works, without having to go down the route of journalism - which is a bonus in my opinion. Friday Food Day is a winner.

      Cons

      Despite being a growing company with exciting plans, career development isn't as black and white. Performance reviews aren't very often so it is a little grey as to where your career is heading.

      The office was getting a little small but I know they had plans to move.
