      Pros

      - Supportive Senior Leadership. You can see the CEO cares about the team. - An approachable team who are friendly and want to help - No politics - Incredible flexibility. We work remote-first and can work abroad for a short amount of time and management approval. But also, there's no guilt if you need to go to the doctors or something. I've never had a role with such a great work/life balance

      - Remote is fantastic but sometimes I miss a bit of the social element

      The benefits There was a lot of uncertainty at the time I started at 7digital, but I am happy to see positive changes and especially that the company made it through Covid-19.
