      Pros

      8TFive Studio is honestly the best company I have ever worked for. Relaxed, fun, easy-going feel to the company. Flexible hours and understanding of family commitments. Management is always willing to help you learn and grow in your career. You will feel like part of the 8TFive family from day one here.

      Cons

      There really are no cons to working at 8TFive Studio. I cannot say enough how great it is to work for such an amazing company.

      Pros

      There are so many pros, which include but are not limited to: Flexible Hours, Remote Work, Competent and Fun Mentorship, Creative Design, One-on-One Client Relationships, Growth Opportunities, Open Environment for Feedback.

      Cons

      There are no Con's with my experience. This is a small firm that gives you freedom to follow your interests and work through your designs directly with the clients, which works amazing for my career, schedule, and work ethic.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, working from home, good benefits, great work/ life balance and decent work environment. Neil (CEO) is someone who cares about his team; he ensures staff have the skills and recourses to get things done. He is always keen to provide the employees with coaching, training, and opportunities for growth to improve their skills. He listens to and objectively considers the ideas/ inputs of others and respects the talents and contributions of individuals.

      Cons

      The team needs to meet sometimes in person to make it easier to communicate effectively and come up with new ideas!
