The owners of the franchise are extremely difficult to work with and very unreasonable. They don't listen to the concerns of the franchisees. Supplies are out of stock almost daily. The social media company that franchisees are forced to pay for and use is worthless. They don't generate leads and are very expensive. Concerns regarding this was blown off by corporate. The workouts provided by corporate are boring and repetitive, which goes against one of the core promises of a different workout every day. They frequently assess fines to their franchisees without first warning them that they are in violation of the franchise agreement and providing an opportunity to correct the issue or provide an explanation. They spend an exorbitant amount of time scrutinizing their franchisees' social media accounts searching for violations that they can fine them for. The help and support are virtually non-existent. The training camp provided for new owners is lacking. Each franchisee is assigned a coach, however, the coaches do not have business qualifications that qualify them to assist in business growth and development. The coaches are simply trainers/managers of the corporate gyms.
