Pros

All of the prior positive reviews are false & misleading. They were clearly written by the owner. The only "long term" employees here are back office help, living in the Philippines.

Cons

Many. Poor leadership. Unorganized, and unrealistic sales goals. No actual plan to move forward. Below NYC market compensation equals high turnover

Pros

They are in a nice Wework space. This gives credibility to a lot of operations that aren't credible and serious.

Cons

If you apply for a sales job what this means is they want you to read a 6 page script to restaurant owners who will probably only initially give you 15 seconds. I've sold into restaurants and sold technology platforms for 15 years. No one is going to listen to 6 pages of a pitch which is a massively overcomplicated description of an online menu and Restaurant marketing. I used to do essentially the same thing and it took 15 seconds to generate interest. If you are an experienced salesperson be forewarned what they want is pages of text read in a bad infomercial voice. No way a restaurant owner will listen to this and they will demand you do this. Unless you come from this kind of environment avoid. Also I turned down other offers and waited almost two weeks to start this job because I got the impression (falsely) it was serious. Don't make the same mistake.

Pros

I worked in the 9Fold sales team for 2 years, small team but goal driven, realistic quotas, and a good amount of flexibility as long as you are putting the effort in. During my time with 9Fold the company evolved a lot. They were updating their technology and adding value which makes the sale easier as long as you are able to handle a fast pace. Lots of value in the product and they take really good care of their clients so i was able to leverage that during calls with actual customer references, that goes a long way in any sales job.

Cons

I am moving to Atlanta and they don't have an office down there.
