Management is clueless at best and you will never get the training you need. Management brags about falsifying OSHA reports. Management brags about asking doctors to lie on their forms so the company can lie to OSHA and other places. Management and senior staff bully people for not liking the place. Repeatedly asked one girl if she wanted to be there because they don't feel like she is "all in". They were surprised when she left and didn't come back and senior staff gossiped to other staff that the girl wasn't cut out for the job and that the company needed to hire people with kids or dependents so they'd be more stuck and have to take whatever abuse was thrown around. Benefits are equally awful, there is no one at the company who can answer the most basic of questions and instead everything is pawned off to a 3rd party company who may or may not get back to you. Healthcare is really expensive. And very good at not paying for stuff they should. There is no PTO for hourly employees and they use the offer of PTO as a carrot on a stick if you "prove yourself"; I wouldn't count on that ever happening. Company hosted an event in July 2022 and didn't even pay their employees to go and management wanted to tell people they weren't allowed to use whatever PTO or sick time they had for it. 5 days of sick time a year. Management brags about how they love when people leave without using all their sick time as that is "money on the table" since sick time doesn't need to be paid out, which is why they don't give PTO as that has to be paid out when someone leaves. Truly just an awful company but they know how to make it look good on paper. Also, very weird, the company has someone who calls himself the chaplain and he sends out weirdly religious emails???? It's trees my dude, that's weird af. And they have an unhealthy obsession with the dude who founded the company (Jeremy Tibbets) even though he passed away years ago. Honestly this place deserves negative stars.
