      Pros

      Great people, good atmosphere in office. Firm is serious about issues of equality and diversity, and works to make employees feel cared-for. Usually busy, but work can be absorbing and not always as dull as you might expect from legal documents.

      Cons

      Salary seems low for level of expertise and qualifications of the team. A lot of managers, but they seem to direct too much energy and time towards coming up with new systems while leaving some basic, ground-level problems unaddressed.
