A4M is great! Brown Management is the horrible company!

Pros

The A4M is the truly dedicated leader in revamping the health care system.

Cons

The management is as bad as it gets. Everyone is related, and mean spirited. The chief jerk, she asks questions but doesn't want answers, and the tries to cover up her lack of intelligence with big words that make no sense in the context of the sentences they are used. I have worked at some of the best run companies and sales organizations in the world. This Brown Management group is not one of them. No wonder why they are losing members, and the members complain about this great association. It's sad that the board members pay so little attention to the help destroying the A4M membership base.

Pros

The pro. Is the day I leave and can wake up not dreading the hostile work environment and reprehensible employment practices

Cons

This is a highly dysfunctional organization with unqualified management personnel. The lack of professionalism, procedures, accountability is unparalleled. The high turn over corroborates the utter lack of consistency, uniformity, and general good faith .

Pros

It's a shame to say there are no pro's other than if you need a job, you can have one because they are always hiring as nobody stays long at the company.

Cons

This place is run on nepotism. Such that you have to watch what you say or do in order to keep your job. It is incredibly micro managed and the irony is Management believes they have a empowered work culture. There is even micro managed within upper management. It is incredibly poorly run by upper leadership, the work culture is severely toxic. Office gossip and mean spirited / mean girl is very rife in this place. Worker appreciation is non existent. Management hires a certain look or ivy league schools only. There is no room for development or advancement, ideas are asked for for but really wanted. Management does what they already decided to do. I would strongly advise against employment at this company in any capacity. The benefits are horrible at this company.
