      Pros

      Small organisation but seems to have lost its supporting atmosphere since it Centrica days. The car market is changing and there is a real opportunity to expand their market.

      Cons

      Poor governance and scope and lack of strategic vision. There are however some really good people that are being held back.

      Pros

      Maintained an ADPE help desk as the Non Commissioned Officer in Afghanistan for a period of 1 year. Used remedy ticket system to view and resolve user issues. Such issues included identifying vlan issues, IP addressing, and support for laptops and desktops. Supervised 2 soldiers and 4 civilians during this time frame

      Need to learn advanced networking skills.

      The team is incredibly supportive and there is a genuine focus on professional development. Management actually listens to feedback, and the benefits package is well above the industry average.

      Cons

      The internal processes can be a bit slow at times due to the company's size, and the "busy seasons" can definitely lead to some long evenings.
