Training no existing. Really difficult to get help. Stressful. You're basically expected to know everything. They're greedy and treat staff like robots

I left abca systems now known as abca fire and security because they are literally the worse company I ever worked for. I was treated so badly... they use offensive language to put it politely, don't care about there staff or mental health of there staff... and the ceo doesn't care one bit. Literally stay away.... if it a choice of working there or having your armed sawn off with a rusty blade.... take the rusty blade...... you think I'm joking..... im not. Hr are next to useless..... I haven't found a new job yet but living on the street would be better than working there.
