      Pros

      A nice and friendly climate for people to work at. You can communicate easily with your colleagues and have your own space to get work done. My coworkers were always there to support me with my tasks.

      Cons

      The HR wasnt really present there to keep track of my development. My Team Leader and Management did not have a structured plan and job description for me, which has caused me to be stress at work constantly and a lot of confusing for me but also my colleagues. Working Students don't receive written contract, they just receive a verbal confirmation about the position and all the arrangements happen verbally, which has caused me a lot of issues at the end of my experience at AboWind AG.
