greatest coworkers, terrible upper management
Pros
+ coworkers are the best + the mas and some of the providers + good benefits
Cons
- NO room for growth. only laterally = no raise. - PTO - you get a good amount, but can you use it? ha, no. find your own coverage. management wont help you. - CLINIC IS ALWAYS SHORT - Apple park parking will be a nightmare when they go back to the office - NO wiggle room for your ideas. management will act like they'll listen, but will turn it down or put it away in a shredder. *DEAR UPPER AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT, PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR TURNOVER RATE. it says a lot* -- *THIS IS NOT FOR THOSE WHO ARE ONLY IN CLINIC (WHICH MOST THEM ARE NOT).* - please learn how to care for your team and especially those who are willing to help the company. - senior management are never in clinic facing patients or the employees yet they have a lot to say. - stop treating your employees like you care but do the complete opposite - why act like you're listening but do nothing at all? - learn to actually recognize your hardworkers and give them a raise they deserve. - please don't hold an interview when you know you're going to give it to your favorite employees instead. don't waste people's time. - some of the "leads" do not work at all. they tell the team what to do when they can do it themselves. you see your team struggling, but you pile on more work while you have all day to do it yourself. instead of writing a paragraph on how you would do it and sending it to the team, just do it yourself.
