I have been working at ACCA full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

I have enjoyed working for ACCA for several years now, the benefits are great, the office is amazing, and the people are fantastic. But I have never felt compelled to leave a review before…until now. The way ACCA has handled the challenges brought about by the current corona virus pandemic has been nothing short of impressive and has really driven home to me how the company does put the safety and wellbeing of employees first. As government advice started to come out and change, then change again, ACCA were preparing to change, adapt and spend to allow every employee the ability to work at home and this was achieved with remarkable speed. I am grateful and proud to work for a company such as ACCA.

    Cons

too close to all the good coffee shops :)

I worked at ACCA full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Brand opens doors. Nice clean offices. Great roles advertised, unfortunately struggle to hire talent as the street is aware of the bad culture. Fairly straight forward reporting structures help protect you as long as your work is visible, otherwise you will be thrown under the bus when something goes wrong.

    Cons

Terrible manager who are not really managers of people. Too much nepotism. Senior management are disconnected from day to day work staff are doing. If you are non exam or content employee you can while away the hours hiding. Not a non-profit organisation. Not sure why they have started stating this the last financial year? There have been budget cut backs of late but this is stretching the truth. Bad work culture of blame and if you have not part of a group you will be picked off like something out of Lord of the Flies
