Dictatorship run by a narcissist CEO from Shanghai. I have never been treated so poorly like this in my 11+ years of professional work experiences. Let go out of the blue after 7 weeks and told it was an "executive decision" for "not meeting job expectations". How much can you show what you can do while still in job trainings after 7 weeks? Not much. Everyone bows down to the CEO and has no guts to stand up to him or they will be terminated too. I was not the first (or last person) who was let go like this with no real explanation. Don't walk. RUN.

they never appreciate or respect the employees; they are just looking for money, money and money. very bad management has no idea about business and people management, and they are very biased towards asian employees despite their lack of understanding and low qualification.
