Pros

Free lunch is the only positive thing I can think of

Cons

*Disclaimer* I was part of the cuts in Q1 2020 due to COVID-19 and during my short-lived experience I noticed a few things: - A poor onboarding experience from day 1 meaning that I had to continuously chase internally to be provided with the right tools to ramp up and settle in - A lack of acknowledgement when communicating with upper management and a lack of integrity - A lack of vision and clear direction - My termination due to COVID-19 was handled in the most insensitive way possible and the CEO was AWOL during this whole time. He didn't bother to communicate at all

Pros

Great salary. Lots of money is spent on sales travel and marketing events. Casual dress code. Flexible work environment. Most people are nice.

Cons

Company has no vision or direction, really bad internal communication, goals and objectives are never clear. Very hierarchical: there are way too many VPs and Directors for the size of the company. There is a culture of micromanagement, let's be clear this isn't a startup. There is a huge gap between what the company claims to be able to do and what it's actually able to deliver. Personal initiative is not supported and upwards feedback is discouraged. Marketing is focused on the wrong things. The website still looks like it's 1997. Human Resources are mostly outsourced which makes it difficult whenever you have any question about compensation, benefits, etc.
