      If you find yourself being interviewed by any of the incumbents of the former Prismtech company in Gateshead, my advice would be this: get up and walk away ! these people are narcissistic, technically incompetent, and inherently dishonest. Horrible office location in Gateshead.

      Flexible working patterns abs home working

      No plan or strategy for the software Lack of direction from management No recognition or encouragement No company objectives or goals No training for new starters Difficult to speak to other departments HR is key person dependent when that one person is off not much gets done IT requests take forever even for simple tasks No one seems to really know what they’re doing Anyone with any talent has left in the past 9 months
