Pros
Great people with a clear mission and supportive environment. It's a great place to start a career and grow. The physical space (offices and surrounding grounds) are spectacular.
Cons
Adtran had a record setting run of profitability of 20+ years. However, management has not made the best choices in recent years but things seem to be looking up again. That said, Adtran's mission places them in markets that could be subject to intense international competition and price pressure from foreign governments. No one will grow your career at Adtran. You will have to do that yourself.
