Pros

- growing fast - strong leadership from the CEO - strong product vision with a good product to fit the market - scaling at an accelerated rate - flat management structure with good access to internal resources

Cons

- scaling fast means that bottlenecks are often found internally that are residual from a smaller company. Appetite to improve is strong however.

Remote working is the only some what benefit you could even say.

Cons

Where do I start - no onboarding in anyway - equipment not given to anyone on time -no training of any sort management lean on staff for opinions for this then are not happy at the conclusion. - toxic atmosphere on team calls - management don’t really do anything but check what the pipeline is once a week. - contracting your own job is a nightmare.

Pros

A genuinely great product with a clear management structure that has an effective and well-thought out strategy. I'd be very comfortable staying here for a long period. The ethos is on clear targets, accountability, and does so whilst retaining a supportive and family structure. Lots of room to mould your own personal development and career path, with a leadership team that is always willing to listen.

Cons

It's a well-funded but ultimately small-ish business that fights above it's size in a global pond. Small marketing department, but then the product does a lot of the talking.
