      AE2S doesn’t keep its team in a box. If you have the willingness to put in the effort and/or a great idea it will be heard and you will go far.

      Cons

      Not being upfront with poor performance and letting it hurt the great team members that over looked when management is busy dealing with them.

      Great pay, benefits, tons of flexibility, really rewarding and unique projects, they provide freedom and the ability to "do your own thing" as long as your work is getting done/clients are happy.
