      Pros

      Great colleagues. It has a great history of developments in the engineering industry. I has a fantastic historical archive in Munich, worth visiting and exploring. Most colleagues are warm and helpful.

      Cons

      HR bullied me and harassed me and the company managed ignored my complaints. Always HR found the way to get by like that. It got worse every time, up to the point that I was forced to resign. Finally the company carried a self assessment of the situation and self concluded that things were fine, not even considering my opinion in the case, or any other external source.

      Technology and engineering of products.

      Cons

      Poor and bad management. From CEO to the VPs, they get the moat of benefits among their salaries and bonus. We ca only exclude 2 or 3 VPs who are honest and concious about their resposabilities.
