Pros

A genuinely friendly office environment / culture. Collaborative and caring. Having worked for the ‘other’ international touring organisation (LN) for a number of years, AEG is a World apart in comparison.

Cons

As with any music industry role, we are often under resourced and have to respond out of hrs or work additional long hrs at short notice. Though most music marketers would agree this is par for the course I think.

Amazing company to work for. Benefits are good, especially when it comes to shows. But what makes it amazing to work for AEG is their people. It’s always a joy to go to work! There’s a true incentive for our hard work

Cons

Hours can be long (9-6) which is outside of the usual standards in corporate but mostly due to the nature of the job
