      Great company to work for!

      Pros

      The company tries to listen to employees within reason and is open to hearing suggestions. The management team communicates when a suggestion is not implemented. We have a lot of fun activities and are going to Carowinds this weekend. This is an event that my kids loved last year and are looking forward to again! I truly feel like I am valued as more than a number here.

      Cons

      Because it is a small company, there are not a lot of opportunities to advance but I have seen it happen for some people.

      Pros

      Really good team environment with good pay and competitive commissions available. Great service to customers make it easy to retain clients.

      Cons

      In comparison to other competitors in the market, AES is behind in offering equipment for sale and having inventory in stock. So new or refurbished equipment sales opportunities are often missed, but this is an area that has made much improvement over the last year.
