I use average employee tenure as a basis of measuring a company's success and stability. For AFDigital which has been around for ~5years or so, the only people who have lasted for so long are the two founders which is why I found it rather odd that the other review was made by someone whose been in the company for ~5years. The average employee tenure is >1 year which makes you wonder why everyone just wants to get out. Read the tweets of the staff on Twitter and you'll see how people rant about their work life on a daily basis.

Upper management is very incompetent and disconnected with the employees. There were times that the company almost failed to give the salaries during payday due to the lack of funds. They are also very disrespectful and think their employees are dumb. If they only knew that most their employees think of them the same way. Average turnover rate of employees is 7-10months.
