Hi there, This response was made some time ago, long before we discovered Glassdoor ourselves. Firstly I'd like to thank you for your feedback. Secondly if you are still with us then I hope you will see that over the last several years we have made great strides in our efforts to improve staff appraisal and recognition. From training all people managers in the effective appraisal of team members to the numerous recognition and bonus schemes on offer for contributing to our success. At the moment we are in the midst of a company wide employee satisfaction survey, this is entirely anonymous and externally benchmarked. Our motive for this is to find out what our staff really feel so that we can improve the working experience at AFI even further.
