Pros

A few sweet colleagues who are sympathetic

Cons

I don't know where to begin but will say that this work experience was at the very bottom of the list of experiences I've regrettably had in my life. Management got involved in petty spats which caused a lot of drama and unnecessary stress. I witnessed very disturbing actions many times which caused a culture of trepadation and fear through the company. The culture at this agency is very tense and unsupportive. Unskilled management was very blame focused without offering team support when very much needed. Now that I have some distance and have worked with other agencies and brands I see a lot of cracks operationally and would never hire this company for an event nor encourage anyone to consider working there.

Pros

The best part of working at this agency was the people at the ground level. These individuals were the heart of the place and often the only reason it felt worthwhile to come in. Their kindness, work ethic, and camaraderie helped ease the challenges of an otherwise difficult workplace

Cons

Over the years, I witnessed persistent issues stemming directly from leadership! One of the co-owners often projected a warm and approachable demeanor, but behind closed doors could be condescending, harsh, and dismissive. During my time there, multiple assistants came and went, frequently blamed for issues beyond their control, and were spoken to in ways that felt deeply unprofessional. The other co-owner seemed largely disengaged from daily operations, often prioritizing personal ventures over the agency’s needs. Eventually, a less-qualified employee was elevated to lead initiatives, a decision that raised concerns among staff. Beyond questions about his professional background, many team members were made uncomfortable by the personal beliefs he openly expressed in the workplace, including far-right political ideologies that appeared to conflict with the agency’s stated values of women's empowerment, inclusion, and equity. Since his appointment, the agency has experienced notable turnover and a loss of key accounts, contributing to a broader atmosphere of instability. Under current leadership, the agency is unstable, unsupportive, and not aligned with the values it claims to uphold. If you care about your growth and well-being, steer clear until there is a complete change in culture and direction.
