There is Nothing good in the company
- The more you try the more realize nothing will get better in this company. it's a real example of a toxic company. - No one is in his right position (like the CEO is a Product Manager and he has no idea about digital products or management) - Lack of process and leadership - Unstable work-life balance - lack of company and project direction - Broken promises - No flexibility - The boss is a bully - Your ideas are not taken into consideration - Employees dropping like flies1

I gained very broad experiences and the manager was very flexible and pushed me to learn more. Remote job was one of the best pros I had I didnt have to commute.
Low staffing for Development department, which made our team very stressfully

One of the things I love about working remotely with AI bess is I can work from anywhere, and I don't have to worry about commuting to an office every day. This is particularly important to me as it allows me to have a better work-life balance. I appreciate the great people I work with. My colleagues are amazing, and we work together well as a team, despite being in different time zones and locations. Another great aspect of working with AI bees is that payment is always on time and helps me plan my finances accordingly. Managers also take into consideration our suggestions and are open-minded to new ideas. They are great people to work with, and I feel valued as an employee.
I think AI bees could improve its planning and vision. There seems to be a lack of direction and planning, which can be frustrating at times. I believe that with a clearer vision and better planning, the company could achieve even greater success.

-Remote work -The LNM team works well with each other, collaborative and helpful. -The company is considerate when employees want to go on leave. -Leaders recognize an employee's potential thus career advancement is fast. -Leaders have a growth mindset which gets the employees encouraged. -The job itself is easy for people with background in sales and marketing, and content writing as well.
-Fast-paced changes and implementations that sometimes members of the team couldn't cope or keep up. Not for the faint-hearted and couldn't handle pressure. -Salary increase is not initiated by the company so an employee needs to be upfront in asking. -Tasks can be overwhelming at times that LNMs tend to go overtime to finish everything.

I have noticed that AI bees places a great emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, which stands out to me. The work environment is designed to promote teamwork and mutual support among employees, resulting in a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues.
While AI bees has a strong focus on ensuring high-quality work and productivity, at times, the management style may involve closer oversight than some employees prefer. While this level of involvement may work well for some individuals, others may find it restrictive or demotivating.
